• Do you ship internationally?
• Yes. We ship worldwide from California and Iowa. $4.95 shipping/handling fee added for countries outside US, and $1.95 handling fee for Canada. Visiting the US in the near future? We can also ship to a friend or other postal address in the US if you enter this address as the shipping address. If you have any questions, please email our Customer Support Service at support@beachbarefootsandals.com.
  

• What types of payments do you accept?
• We currently accept PayPal, Major Credit Cards using PayPal and Checks. For major credit cards please use the PayPal option and select to pay with your credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option and PayPal will keep your information completely safe! This is our number one priority with our customers. We will accept all major credit cards from our site at a later date. Please read our Store Policies for more information on payment methods. If you have any questions, we would be glad to help you complete your order. Your privacy is important to us. Visit our Privacy Policy for our privacy commitment to you.

• Do you have free shipping & handling or discounted shipping & handling for orders with multiple items?
  
• Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING to USA for 2 or more items! If you order 1 item the charge is $4.95 Flat Shipping for your order. You will not be charged double or more for shipping at our store! We believe that the more our customers order, the more they should benefit. We would also love to hear from you for large bulk order discounts. Please refer below to the FAQ about bulk discounts as this benefits large orders or wedding parties in getting the most competitive price! Our shipping and handling charges are below:

• For 1 item shipping is $4.95.
  
• $1.95 One Time Handling for Canada or $4.95 One Time Handling for all other countries outside the US.
  
• A delivery confirmation is applied to all orders for tracking purposes.
• Rush Orders can be requested for an additional fee of $30 US or $40 Outside US if ordered 2 weeks or less with an email request for a specific date. Items are made at the time you order so they fit-to-size. A separate PayPal invoice will be submitted for these requests.
  

• Do you offer bulk discounts?
• Yes! We offer DISCOUNTS on larger orders beyond free shipping! Whether you are ordering for a wedding, theme party, several individuals or just yourself, we do offer a discount for 4 or more pairs. You will need to contact us if your order is 4 or more items. Email us at support@beachbarefootsandals before or after your order has been submitted. We will be happy to refund the difference if you have already paid for your order. Discounts will vary depending on the items ordered and the total number ordered on an invoice. Since the cost of the stones or beads used vary by style, the discount will vary upon your style selections and the item ordered.
  

• How do I take care of my barefoot sandals? 
• If you think of your barefoot sandals like jewelry, then you'll be in good shape. These sandals should be treated just like your jewelry. Treat them gently and store them in your jewelry box when they are not in use. Never over stretch your pair. The stretchable cord used is .7mm Stretch Magic and is durable and still allow a comfortable fit with the tiny beads around your toe. However, excessive stretching will put wear on your sandals. Some gems, especially pearls, require additional care. Lotions and perfumes should be applied and dried before putting on your pair of barefoot sandals. 

• Can I wear my barefoot sandals in the water?
• Yes. However, remember that chemicals like chlorine from pools and ocean salts can wear on the barefoot sandals cord and it could eventually break from over exposure. In addition, some precious stones like pearls are very sensitive to chemicals. Therefore, use your best judgment. If you do choose to wear your sandals in the pool or ocean we do suggest rinsing them in clean water and patting dry before putting them back in your jewelry box or jewelry hanger.
  

• What if my sandals break?
• If your sandals break, it's possible that the wrong size was ordered. The sandals are handcrafted using very strong elastic cord, however if you stretch the cord beyond its limitations just to put them on, it's possible that they could break. If this happens, we would be happy to replace them for you - free of charge - as long as it's within the first 3 days of receipt of your order. You would be responsible for the postage to return the broken pair to us. Please read our Store Policies for more information on returns.
  

• Are barefoot sandals comfortable?
• Yes. If you have worn toe rings and had them slip off, slide around, make your toes itch or make marks on your toes, you will love these. They are very comfortable even with a strapped sandal with a thong between your toes. The tiny beads used around your toe make this happen! You will hardly know they are on your feet!
  

• Why do I order my barefoot sandals by size?
• To make sure the strand never shows while wearing your barefoot sandals and it fits your foot perfectly. If you order too large, the sandal will fit too loosely. If you order too small, the strand will show as the beads won't cover around your ankle. Be sure to visit our Size Chart for proper sizing. Women: If your shoe size is above the US size of 10, we can still design a sandal for you. The cost for womens sandals over US size 10 is an additional charge of $5.00.
  

• What if my shoe size is in between sizes or I sometimes buy different shoe sizes depending on the brand or store? What if my feet are different sizes?
  
• You may contact us for proper sizing or go up one size if you sometimes find shoes that fit in two sizes (IE: you wear a 6.5 and 7.0 depending on the shoe) or one foot is larger than the other. If there is a big difference in sizing it is very important to contact us first to avoid a return. Just email us with any special sizing of this type at support@beachbarefootsandals.com

• What if my shoe size is over size 10?
  
• We can still design your sandal! Because additional beads and cord are required for larger sizes, we offer this option for an additional $5.00USD.

• What if the sandals are too small or too large? 
• Our sandals are designed to fit as close to your shoe sizes as possible. However, in some cases, your sandals may fit too tight or not tight enough. Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we are happy to exchange your sandals if this occurs based on our return policy. Please refer to our return policy on our Store Policies . This information will also instruct you on proper return packaging for a safe return.
  

• Can I order a bracelet in any of the style of barefoot sandals without ordering the sandals?
• Yes, if you want to order just a bracelet, no worries as most of our styles work to match. Either order the Bridal Elegance Bracelet in silver or gold or use the Sandal Matching Bracelet to order a bracelet in the other sandal styles. You will be instructed to enter the sandal style you want. The Heirloom Treasure and the Beach Bride medallions on the sandals require a different medallion centerpiece to work in a bracelet. Please contact us so we make sure you get a good match. We will help with your design!
  

• Can I order a matching bracelet to match any style of barefoot sandals?
• Yes, you can match most of our Women's Barefoot Sandals or Wedding Barefoot Sandals with a matching bracelet. If you would like to match a barefoot sandal style just click on the Sandal Matching Bracelet in Accessories. You will be instructed to enter the barefoot sandal style so we match your bracelet to your sandal perfectly. The Heirloom Treasure and the Beach Bride medallions on the sandals require a different medallion centerpiece to work in a bracelet. Please contact us so we make sure you get a good match.
  

• Can I order matching earrings to match any style of barefoot sandals?
• You may order the pierced earring for the Bridal Elegance or Hearts Desire styles only. Bridal Elegance can be ordered in silver or gold accents. We do not carry any other earrings at this time.
  

• Can I wear a pair of barefoot sandals with flip flops, sandals or shoes?
• Yes, be sure to visit our Articles page for more details and pictures on ways to wear this jewelry for your feet. Wear with shoes as a double stranded ankle bracelet. Wear with flip flops or sandals just as you would barefoot. Wear with strapped high heels too.
  

• Can my barefoot sandals be worn as an ankle bracelet?
• Yes, be sure to visit our Articles page for more details and pictures on ways to wear this jewelry. Wearing them as a double stranded ankle bracelet on one or both ankles makes a beautiful accent and provide versatility to your wardrobe and jewelry. Wear with flip flops, sandals, strapped high heels, or shoes. They are gorgeous!

• Can children wear the adult barefoot sandals? Can I order the adult sandals for my children?
  
• Yes. Just order by clicking on the drop down size box of any adult sandal and you will find the children's sizes (S, M, L). Refer to the child's sizes on our Size Chart for proper fitting.

• Are barefoot sandals safe for children?
  
• Our sandals or jewelry are designed for use by children ages 5 and up. Please be aware these sandals contain “small parts” and if the cord should break, the beads or cord could pose choking hazards for small children. Barefoot sandals should be purchased only for children who have grown out of putting items in their mouth to avoid any accidents (even children older than 5 if they still have these traits). Barefoot sandals are not like shoes or sandals, but rather jewelry and as such they are small enough for children to chew or put in their mouth. We believe in SAFETY FIRST and do not want your children in any danger. Therefore, we recommend you wait until you are comfortable the child is out of this phase so there is no risk of choking. If you are buying this as a gift, we suggest you confirm with the parent of the child before ordering; making sure the child is old enough to accept such a gift. You would not want to have something happen to the child from your gift.

• Can my barefoot sandals be worn as a bracelet?
• Probably not, but read on for more information. If your wrists are the same size as the double strand it might be possible. It is rarely the case that it will fit properly. Your wrist or the largest part of your hand may not be as large as your ankle so it could fall off your wrist. Or your wrist might be larger than your ankle and in this case could overstretch the cord. It may be possible they could be worn with long sleeved shirts for a 3/4 length sleeve decoration, but over stretching them is possible, so use your best judgment. We want you to use your barefoot sandals any way you wish, However, we do design matching bracelets do provide you with a bracelet option. • Where are your barefoot sandals made?
• Our sandals are handcrafted in the USA in two locations: California and Iowa. Our craftsmen have been in business since 2003 and they make each one by hand. Because of their special design, they are popular around the globe. The creator's "medallion-in-the-middle" is the centerpiece and focal point of each design; ranging from Mother of Pearl, Swarovski Crystal, and Rhinestone. • What kind of beads do you use to make your sandals?
• All of our craftsman's jewelery is created with a mixture of genuine Swarovski crystal and/or pearls, Czech glass and metalized spacers. Some of our designs use genuine Sterling silver and 14-karat gold.
  

• What kind of cord or stranding material do you use to make your sandals?
• All of our barefoot sandals are handcrafted with a durable stretchable cord of .7mm Stretch Magic. However, excessive stretching and/or chemicals can put wear on your sandals.

• Would you custom-design a sandal for me? 
• Yes, we are very happy to provide specials ordering to our customers by designing a pair of barefoot sandals for you in the color(s) you selected. Simply e-mail us and let us know what you'd like, indicating what kind of beads to use (shapes, sizes and colors). There will be an additional charge for custom designs depending on the beads or gems used. 

• Can you design sandals for Weddings? I would like to have all my bridesmaids in my colors?
  
• Yes! Accessorize your bridal dress and your bridesmaids with this foot jewelry. Whether each lady wears the same color or its a rainbow wedding, we can design all the wedding party in barefoot sandals to match the dresses worn. Just let us know your wedding colors and we'll be happy to design sandals for all your bridesmaids in your chosen colors. Do not forget the flower girl! Just contact us by email so we can provide you with pricing and additional details. We are happy to make your wedding day unique and memorable. We encourage wedding parties to order together so we can provide you a competitive price for the sandals. For additional bulk discounts, please feel free to contact us! We want to make sure we can provide you with the best discount for your large order!

• I am handicapped and only need to buy one sandal. Can I purchase just one?
  
• Yes, please contact us at support@beachbarefootsandals.com for this special order. When this option is automated on our site we will update this FAQ with instructions on where to order from the site. Until then contact us and we will make sure you have a beautiful jewelry accent for your foot. We can accommodate one sandal or allow you to purchase 2 different styles. The price will vary if the styles you choose differ in price. Otherwise the price for 2 (a pair) would stay the same and only the styles would be different. Ordering one sandal in one style will also vary in price depending on the style chosen but will be less than the price per pair.

• Do you have GIFT CARDS or GIFT CERTIFICATES?
• Yes, email us and we can invoice you for a gift card and provide your recipient with instructions to use the gift card. We will mail this card at no charge to you. The amount for gift cards are $20 and more.
